Returns
We want you to love your purchase. So if you are unhappy with your purchase or it is damaged or faulty in some way please return it unopened, and packaging in new condition, within a week of purchase for a full refund. Should you wish to return a product please contact us with a valid reason for return, to receive a return authority number. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to clear. Ohti accepts returns in accordance with Australian law.
