Everything about how your OHTI order reaches you, what's inside, and how to arrange a return should you need one.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are shipped within 3 days of purchase. We dispatch via Australia Post on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Is shipping complimentary?

Yes, on Australian orders over $99 and international orders over $200. Orders below that still receive a discounted rate, calculated at checkout based on your location.

Will I receive tracking?

Always. Tracking is sent to your email the moment your order ships.

Packaging & Unboxing

Your order arrives in a simple cardboard mailer, considered and low-waste. Inside, you'll find a small gift card from us, a quiet thank you for choosing pieces made in collaboration with the artisans we work alongside.

Recycling. The mailer is fully recyclable through standard kerbside recycling. Simply flatten it and place it with your paper and cardboard.

Gifting a piece? Our reusable gift wrap pouches are available to add at checkout, designed for a life well beyond the unboxing. Customers have since repurposed theirs as makeup bags, fruit bags, and travel pouches.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return window?

30 days from delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How do I arrange a return or exchange?

Email connect@ohti.com.au and we'll guide you through it. For exchanges, your new item is sent once the original is on its way back to us.

Who covers return shipping?

This is assessed case by case, reach out and we'll confirm the details with you directly.

Are any items excluded from returns?

Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Perishables, custom or personalised pieces, and personal care items are also excluded unless faulty.

My order arrived damaged or faulty.

Please contact us straight away at connect@ohti.com.au with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days. If it's been longer than 15 business days, please get in touch and we'll look into it.

I'm shopping from the EU, what should I know?

You're entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason, in addition to our standard 30-day window.
