We ship orders 2–3 times a week, typically dispatching on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We follow standard Australia Post delivery timeframes for both domestic and international shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking so you always know where it's at.

Yes, always. Tracking is sent straight to your email as soon as your order ships via Australia Post.

Free shipping applies to Australian orders over $99, and international orders over $200. For orders over $35 that don't hit those thresholds, we still cover half the typical shipping cost, because we want more people to be able to enjoy OHTI without shipping being the thing that gets in the way.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items need to be unworn and in original condition to qualify.

Of course. If you need a different style, just message us at connect@ohti.com.au. For socks specifically, sizing is always the same fit unless stated otherwise, so there's no need to worry about swapping sizes there.

Our socks are made from a cotton and spandex blend for stretch and shape retention. See the comparison table below for the exact composition of each style.

Our bags are made using deadstock materials and are handmade. Deadstock fabric is surplus material left over from other fashion or textile production runs, fabric that would otherwise end up unused or discarded. By using it, each bag makes use of existing material rather than creating demand for new fabric, and because supply is always limited, quantities are naturally small. It's part of why our bag pieces feel a little more one of a kind.

Our knitwear yarn is sourced from a supplier certified under The Good Cashmere Standard, an internationally recognised seal covering animal welfare, environmental protection, and traceability throughout production.

For cotton-spandex socks: wash cold with similar colours, avoid fabric softener (it breaks down the spandex over time and reduces stretch), and air dry or tumble dry on low. Turning socks inside out before washing also helps preserve colour and any knitted detail.

Our socks are designed to fit most people, generally sitting within a size 36–41 range (EU), so there's no need to size up or down. One size works for the vast majority of our customers.

We aim to respond within 5 working days. Please note that wholesale orders typically require a 21-day lead time to confirm stock availability, though in some cases we're able to fulfil orders sooner.

Yes. Our gift wrapping is reusable, and we love that our customers give it a second life afterwards, we've seen it repurposed as fruit bags, makeup bags, and travel bags for delicates.

Yes, when we know a restock or new piece is on the way, we open pre-orders for it.

It depends on the range. Our Classic and Short Classic lines are kept as permanent, core styles. Everything else is intentionally limited, only a certain number are made, so that every OHTI piece stays a little special and each collection has room to grow into something people build on over time.
