Digestive Tea 

Everything starts with the gut! This is a calming, soothing blend to help your digestive system out but is an overall blend to calm the mind and digestive system. Ingredients: Peppermint, Lemon Balm, Ginger Root, Fennel Seed, Chamomile, and Calendula Serving suggestion: Steep 1-2 teaspoons per cup of freshly boiled water (100ºc) for up to 3-5 minutes depending on personal preference. Enjoy! Storage: Store below 18ºC in a dry place, out of light

Cleanse & Clear

Cleanse and clear tea, can be an occasional tea for bloating and digestive issues or a sweet pick me up which leaves you feeling good inside and out. One that is good for the colon. 

 

 

Ingredients: Flaxseed, honeybush, roasted dandelion root, licorice root, true cinnamon, pu-erh tea, rose petals & calendula petals.

 

Serving Suggestion:  1-2 teaspoons per cup brewed for 2-5 minutes at 95 degrees. Try adding a hint of honey or coconut nectar for even more sweetness.

Calm & Unwind 

This tea is the perfect combination of herbs, to unwind from a big day, sip as you are journalling or meditating. 

 

Ingredients: Lemon Balm, Peppermint, Liquorice Root, Chamomile, Orange Peel, and Rose Petals.

 

Serving suggestion: Steep 1-2 teaspoons per cup of freshly boiled water (100ºc) for up to 3-5 minutes depending on personal preference. Enjoy!
